Steadily is a service brand operated by Fratello Terzo LLC, a limited liability company duly organized and in good standing under the laws of the State of Ohio.
Fratello Terzo LLC is fully authorized and licensed, as applicable, to conduct business in the State of Ohio.
Nature of Services
Steadily provides non-medical, non-clinical support services for older adults, including companionship, wellness check-ins, errands, light household assistance, appointment accompaniment, and coordination support.
Steadily does not provide medical care, nursing services, personal care, home health services, therapy, counseling, or any other services requiring medical licensure.
Steadily’s services are not a substitute for professional medical care, home health care, assisted living, or emergency services.
No Medical or Healthcare Services
Steadily and its employees, contractors, and representatives are not licensed healthcare providers, and do not diagnose, treat, monitor, or manage medical conditions.
Steadily does not:
Provide medical advice
Administer medication
Perform medical procedures
Provide skilled nursing or personal care services
Make healthcare decisions on behalf of clients
Clients and their families remain solely responsible for securing appropriate medical, healthcare, and emergency services as needed.
Emergency Disclaimer
Steadily is not an emergency response service.
In the event of a medical emergency, clients and families should immediately contact 911 or local emergency services. Steadily staff are not trained or equipped to respond to medical emergencies beyond reasonable, good-faith assistance (such as contacting emergency services).
Insurance Coverage
Fratello Terzo LLC maintains appropriate business insurance coverage in the State of Ohio, including general liability insurance and other coverages deemed commercially reasonable for the nature of services provided.
Insurance coverage is intended to protect the business and its clients within the scope of non-medical services rendered and does not imply the provision of medical or healthcare services.
Independent Decision-Making
Clients and/or their authorized representatives retain full decision-making authority regarding all aspects of the client’s care, healthcare, finances, and living arrangements.
Steadily does not act as:
A legal guardian
A power of attorney
A healthcare proxy
A fiduciary
Unless expressly agreed to in writing, Steadily’s role is limited to providing agreed-upon non-medical support services.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
While Steadily endeavors to provide reliable, compassionate, and professional services, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
Services are provided on a best-efforts basis consistent with non-medical companion and concierge support.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Fratello Terzo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of Steadily’s services, except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
All services, agreements, and disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
