What is Steadily?
Steadily is a senior concierge service based in Columbus, Ohio. We assign a dedicated Steadily good neighbor to a senior to help with a wide variety of household tasks, technology support and regular check-ins. The goal of Steadily is to make it easier for seniors to live independently, while providing peace of mind to families. Steadily is not a nursing care provider.
What if I need to change or cancel my Steadily service?
Services can be changed or canceled at anytime with no fee or penalty.
What does a typical Steadily visit look like?
A typical Steadily service includes a Steadily good neighbor coming over to the senior’s house at an agreed upon time and day. Typical Steadily visits last 1-2 hours. A typical visit will start with sitting down at the kitchen table to discuss household needs including light cleaning, technology support, organization, taking the trash out, etc. We may also discuss any errands needed around town or rides to upcoming appointments. We also check-in on the senior’s overall well being (based on conversation and interaction, no medical tests are ever conducted). Upon understanding the senior’s priority of household needs, the Steadily good neighbor will begin completing each task. We generally follow-up with a weekly phone call or text. And we write up a customized status report that can be shared with the broader family if requested.
Does Steadily offer nursing, medical or other similar services?
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
What doesn’t Steadily offer?
We do NOT provide: home health, skilled nursing, medical assistance, insurance-reimbursed care. We are not licensed for any of these services nor is this our intention.
We also do NOT get involved with any services related to personal finances, credit card bills, business dealings, helping our clients sell anything. We are simply here to offer our clients help with simple tasks like logging into their WiFi, adjusting the notification settings on their iPhone, picking up groceries, etc.
